Is the NOW a cliché?

“Live in the NOW”

“Live every day like it’s your last”

I hear this from time to time but then watch as we muddle our experience of life down to a small predictable mass.

I choose to actually live in the NOW

With acute and razor-sharp focus upon the task at hand:

Paying attention.

Paying attention to the energetic fluctuations within my own heart and mind.

Paying attention to the emotional ebb and flow throughout my being.

Paying attention to how it all intertwines with those around me and the magical dance which results.

I can only Love in the NOW.  I cannot Love in the past or future.

The choice is mine.
