There is nothing wrong with routine.
Arrive at work, hit the coffee machine, get down to business.
It is when the routine becomes a mindless one that we should begin to feel concerned.
There are life moments during which we must play the game and dance the dance.
It is with mindfulness though that we can accomplish any task, as trivial or mundane as it may seem.
I trust that each new experience is appropriately tailored just for me in that very moment. Tailored as an exquisite mode of learning from which to glean valuable perspective.
In lieu of frustration at the seemingly banal, I choose to look closer and with heart.
