Isn’t it funny how our so called “problems” can suddenly be reduced to something so minuscule that we are embarrassed to ever have been affected by them at all?
An assumption turns out to be wrong.
A fretted over outcome turns out scores better than we ever could have imagined.
The mouse “infestation” in your house turns out to be the workings of but a few tiny creatures attempting to survive the cold winter.
It is in the NOW that we can learn to center ourselves. Through continued practice this tendency becomes a reflex. A reflex of awareness and openness and of Love.
This awareness then allows us to smile at each situation rather than wrack our brains for a solution.
In place of turmoil and dismay is instead a state of blissful appreciation.
