We can beat around the bush in the NOW, “thinking” our way into a positive state or we can shift internally and actually ACT.
We can wish for things to be different “if only” and trust that everything will work out, or we can resolve to live in a way that is uplifted and powerful in this moment.
We can wallow in self pity about predisposed genetics and long worn habit ruts or we can make a concerted effort to seek out and establish a support network to help us along this journey.
Once again we find that life is about choices. Awareness in the NOW shows us this is true.
Regular practice and reflection reminds us of this truth.
And in the interim, we enjoy the ride.
